Abstract
One of the priority areas of the state's economic policy during the war is the preservation of entrepreneurial potential. Relocation of enterprises to safer regions has become the main, and sometimes the only, way to preserve business. Threats and opportunities of internal migration of enterprises, as well as risks that arise when business is relocated abroad, are considered.
