Abstract
У цьому дослідженні зроблено спробу дослідити розвиток судової системи Держави Ізраїль, передумови її становлення, загальні аспекти нормативно-правового регулювання системи судоустрою. Наголошено на необхідності вивчення окремих спроб реформ судової системи внаслідок прийняття Основних законів у середині 1980-х років і тим сучасним викликам, з якими зіткнулася судова система ізраїльської держави у XXI столітті. Позаяк українська держава веде боротьбу за свою незалежність у триваючій війні з російською федерацією та налагоджує зв’язки з країнами Близького Сходу та Глобального Півдня, детальне висвітлення окремих аспектів правових систем у цих країнах дасть змогу краще усвідомити особливості внутрішніх та зовнішніх процесів, які відбуваються за участі судових систем.
