Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено комплексне дослідження гендерного аспекту у виборчій системі та виборчих процесах України. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід впровадження механізмів гендерної рівності у виборчі системи у світі та країнах членах Європейського союзу. Досліджено виборчі процеси України в контексті захисту жінок та їх політичних прав.

In the qualification work, a comprehensive study of the gender aspect in the electoral system and electoral processes of Ukraine was carried out. The international experience of introducing mechanisms of gender equality into electoral systems in the world and the member states of the European Union is analyzed.
