Abstract

Argues that all general principles of law, and general and international, in particular, have the customary nature. The author study the formation of the principles of international law in ancient times as customs, proved that the basic ideas of domestic law and international law moved to the national codes and international agreements, respectively, in the form of generally recognized principles.
