Abstract
Упродовж другої половини XX століття серед наукової спільноти та політиків, представників законодавчої, виконавчої та судової влади точаться дискусії щодо модернізації судової системи задля досягнення єдиної мети –здобуття нею незалежності в обсязі, який буде достатній для уникнення будь-якого зовнішнього впливу. Окрім серйозних досягнень в останні кілька десятиліть, судова система Держави Ізраїль перебуває у центрі уваги політичного, правового та суспільного життя.
