СЕВЕРНЫЙ ПОТОК-2: НОВЫЕ ВЫЗОВЫ В СФЕРЕ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ДЛЯ ЕВРОПЕЙСКОГО СОЮЗА

Abstract

This article examines new security challenges for the EU in the context of the spread of Covid-19 and the global changes caused by the pandemic. The author draws attention to the formation of a new information field and communication paradigm at the beginning of the XXI century, where political and economic actors play a special role. According to the author, the Nord Stream-2 project, which is actively promoted by the Russian Federation, is not only a threat to energy security in the EU, but also to socio-political stability. The author pays attention to both the energy side of Gazprom’s activities and the information side
