Abstract

The relevance of the article is related to the realities of the modern educational space, which is characterized by pluralistic and multicultural principles of development. It is emphasized that culture and language remain fundamental sources of formation of the information and communication environment in the educational sphere despite the rapid development of the technological and digital cluster. The purpose of the research is to highlight pragmatic approaches to the organization of information and communication activities in university education.
